2004 12" L7 Kicker vs 2008 12" L7 Kicker?

I have a 04 L7 the silver ones but i was wondering if the newer one the black one hit harder? Or what changed beside the color of the cone from silver to black?

08 has higher sensitivity so it hits a little harder
i dont see a lot of difference but this site doesnt really give all the info about em
