Car Audio Subs and Amp?

Ok I have Sony Xplod Dual subwoofers (1000 watts each) running off of a Sony Xplod 900 watt amp in a 1998 Mazda Protege ES series. My questions is Will my battery die on me? at night my headlights do flash. I have a capacitor its a Rockford and It doesint seem to help. My stepfather says that there are car batteries made to handle this equipment. So should I get one of these batteries that are better than the factory batteries or what. Can somebody help me please?

The capacitor sometime needs to be mounted inverted or upside down with a strap on metal to help charge and hold current try it!!shorter grounds on the amps like 4inch would help too interstate or yellow opitama!ombus
