Any issues with this car?

I am getting a 98-02 firebird/trans am in the next few months and I am needing to know if it has any problems in that year range that commonly happen. I heard about the engine coolant eating through the hoses. Thx.

Remember that people who buy these like to think that it's a race car, therefore they are constantly beating the piss out of it. Try to find one owned by an older person, or someone who seems mature.

I've heard of the dashboards cracking if you hit bumps too hard...but that's about it. Just use common sense and you should be good.

I would get a an 2001 or 2002. They seem to have the least amount of problems.
