    It is an anti-oxidant and helps you to reduce weight and belly fat. It reduces heart attack and strokes, away you from cancer and diabetes and has many other benefits too, like reduce weight and belly fat.

    Ya dear you said right. green tea have many hidden benefits for human body. If it take 2 time in a day then it help to reduce fat and over weight. Green tea also refresh brain and minimize tiredness. It increase the body power to fight against diseases. Green tea good for high blood pressure because its ingredients have a ability to keep blood pressure at a normal point.

    Green tea is the best solution of fat. Its a natural way of fat burning. Green tea has thousands of benefits so i always like to drink green tea. I drink two cup of green tea in a day.
