I really liked it until I started having problems about 3 weeks ago and they just kept getting worse. Every Verizon Phone i've had stopped working really fast but i cant change carriers. My phone keeps freezing completely and then the buttons don't work, I can restart it but it will do it again later. Im not due for an upgrade for another year and every time I have a phone issue I have to go around everything to replace it. I don't want another Rival, will they replace it for a new phone? So like on blackberrys it says a purchase of a smartphone data plan is required when purchasing a smartphone. But for this phone it doesnt say you do. So a couple questions here.

-Will I need to get a data plan? or will i just have to pay the full 90 dollars and no data plan?
-Does easyedge count as a data plan? because we have easyedge?
-Where can I go on uscellular.com to see how much the data plan and stuff is?
