A LAW QUESTION REGARDING ESTATE AGENCY!!? Im doing a little essay and i was wondering about what would happen in a situation where an agency and the tenant was nearly finished with the progress of the contract but he cancelled it in the last minute. The landlord had directly contacted the tenants and already had signed the contract. the agency found out and sued the both parties. is it possible for the agency to receive commision? and is so is there any cases like this one? thanks
