If I "unlock" a rogers cell phone, can it then be used on Bell? i know that Bell came out with SIM cards not too long ago and I went in to see if I could activate an old rogers phone I had lying around and use it. They said that the phone is "GSM" and it wouldnt work with the Bell SIM cards. If I can "unlock" the phone, will I then be able to?
