    don't give him formula, it's worse! Do you burp him after each feed? Other things you can do are a gentle tummy massage, or moving his legs back and forth like he's riding a bike. Colic can he hellish, but breastmilk is gentle on tummies, it would surely get worse on formula. Apart from that, just make sure you're eating a healthy balanced diet, with lots of water and the right nutrients, and not too much of any particular food.

    How do you help a baby bring up wind?

    I have a 1 week old that I am breast feeding around every 2-3hrs, he was great the first few days but now he cries alot, I can't seem to get him to burp no matter how hard I try and what positions we try. I am worried that I have eaten something to upset him or his not getting enough, just not sure, he will sleep when held but as soon as he is put down he starts screaming... almost considering formula...
