    well norton isnt working. you need to keep an eye on the mail you receive , if you dont know who it is from be careful about opening it.

    unless you NEED it set your email type to text not HTML.

    dont click links in email that you are not sure about.

    get a better virus/spyware protector, I like NOD32 by ESET(virus) and spybot(spyware) ,but none is perfect. set the protection level high and aggresive.

    and clean your mailbox at least once/week

    deleting and emptying (deleted folder) your unwanted mails.

    Something attacked my email list and sent them all spam. What can I do about this?

    My list of contacts are quite upset about this and I don't blame them. Do I need to change my email address. or is there something I can do to prevent this. I have Norton Anti Virus protection but still this happened....help!
