Your cousin has permanently locked the device. As far as I know this cannot be undone. You might check with a local repair shop but I would not be very hopeful

ok im waiting for my question to be answer so let me talk my worthless knowledge..from what im hearing your cousin locked up your simcard not your phone...because in theory you should be allowed to have unlimited try's at unlocking your phone to another network-but not unlimited tries at unlocking your simcard..if that is the problem try putting another simcard you have laying around in the house...i know that did not answer your original question but just throwing something outhere..lol goodluck

    Resetting my Motorola Razor?

Hi - I had a friend give me a Motorola Razor cell phone from AT & T - I called AT & T and got the unlock code. I now can't get my razor to come up to where I can put in the unlock code - it says to contact my service provider. When we first got the phone it came up and said input the subsidy password ... which is the unlock code. How can I get my phone to go back to that? They say you have five times to try - and my cousin was playing with it and she thinks she locked that up -- so what do I do now? Any idea?
