Well if you are you using a windows mobile charger like the mda on the blackberry. My experiences with it shows that it won't work. A blackberry or a motorola razr charger would work on the blackberry. Also on your device it will show inbox which shows all messages and you have seperate boxes that show your emails from each account. Like someone said earlier some of the themes will also break up sms and mms up as well. But you can actually pull up your options in you messages folder and pull up view folder and you can see everything seperately. Hope that helps. ~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~

Hmmm. I guess I will have to wait and see how it works. I don't really mind having them all in the same hub as long as I can differentiate what a txt, mms, e-mail, etc. is.

I found an OSX theme that I really liked that I want to install. So does the way messages are separated depend on which theme you use?

Most of the time it depends on the theme for how many inboxes you have. Mine is set up with the TMO Zen theme that has all messages including emails, texts, call log, etc. sent into one message "hub". You can separate SMS from the rest by going into your settings.

The IM programs will alert you in both their app and the messaging hub.

    Hope that helps.

Sorry, one more question. I know Im' helpless. What kind of charger does the Pearl use? Mini-USB? I was trying to determine if I needed to buy a new car charger or not.

I hate to double post, but I don't know if it'll be tagged new if I just edit my old post.

I thought of another question. Since the black berry is a messaging device, does it have multiple inboxes (my MDA has an inbox for sms, one for mms, one for e-mail, one for hotmail, et al.)?

Or does everything get stored in the same inbox with different icons? If so, is there a way to filter it so only certain messages show?

    Thanks!

You can also download the free Google talk app and yahoo IM if you dont want to pay for Jivetalk, but Jive is a great product. It is pretty much like Trillian for your Blackberry.
