Usually developers charge by the amount of time they spend on a project, not by how many lines of code it is. For instance, I have wrote over 100 lines of code under an hour before, but at the same time I've spend multiple hours trying to get 1 line of code correct.
What is the cost per line of PHP code? Neat. Well commented Well implemented. I understand that it is difficult to estimate per line. If not per line, then what is 2000 lines worth? (division works)
