Will a Cingular Motorola RAZR V3 work with AT&T and TMobile? I used to have a Motorola Razr V3 when AT&T was still Cingular and I'd like to know if AT&T and T-Mobile sim cards would work in this phone? or would I have to do anything special to make it work?
