    Probably this:

from Men behind the Sun. Made all the worse that it's based on what actually happened at Unit 731 in Japan during WW2 - made me uneasy for some time after seeing it.

There's this lesser known film called Palindrome that I had the unfortunate chance of stumbling upon on IMDB so I saw a bit of it, and it's about a 13 year old girl that wants to be a mother, and there's a scene where she is having sex with this truck driver guy *paedophilia alert. Looked soooo wrong.

Oh, another ifilm is "Human Centipede" a film about this crazy doc who surgically attaches 3 people from mouth to anus for his own experiment and tries to train them.

Yep, it's pretty much disturbing for me.

Btw, has anyone see the first American version of 'Ju-on', 'The Grudge'? The scene when Kayako character went down the stairs to chase Karen Davis also pretty much disturbing. I don't know bout you guys, but i don't want any ghost like that chasing me.

Most Disturbing Moment In A Film

I finally had to turn it off when it got to that part. Horrible. Also, that gory scene in Ghost Ship and the kerb scene in American History X.

Irreversible - the two scenes that have been mentioned really turn my stomach, so much so i have no desire ever to watch again.

Man bites dog - the scene when the serial killer and the documentary crew come round after murdering a woman, the camera slowly pans over what they have done, very unsettling. Superb film and a must watch if you have never seen it, strictly over 18 only though.

Pans labyrinth - Just something again so unsettling about the army general beating a man to his certain death very graphical with a bottle. Even though its a fantasy film the feeling of reality with the Spanish civil war is truly terrifying, again a superb film.

An American werewolf in London - When he changes into the werewolf in his front room , the snout coming out just freaks me out but i have to watch it. The pig nazi as well i highly dislike.

American History X - bite the curb, bad times you have to cringe at that moment.

Marathon man - Is it safe?

Psycho 2 - When Norman Bates grabs the knife and its pulled out of his hanRAB(hes holding the sharp end) OUCH...

Of all the movies I've seen, Saw, when Lawrence cut off his foot. The whole film disturbed me so much I won't watch any of the others.

Most Disturbing Moment In A Film

Gore and OTT "cinema" violence doesn't really bother me, the only thing I cannot cope with is graphic torture scenes, I just feel upset and nauseated by it. The best examples I can give are the guy having his ear cut off in Resevoir Dogs and the guy with his head in the vice in Casino.
Another scene that stayed with me for a long time was in Nil By Mouth when Ray Winstone's character kicks the living daylights out of Kathy Burke, screaming obscenities allthe while. I cried myself to sleep with the knowledge that that kind of stuff goes on everyday of the week for some unfortunate people.
