It's been a long time coming

Indeed Shihad is a good band - I have a fair few albums of theirs.

Does anybody outside NZ know about them?

Thanks Spinning, GE is one sweet album, well the songs I've heard off it are anyway.

Glad you checked them out Crow, though as usual I wrongly predicted which stuff would interest you haha.

The General Electric is the fourth album to be released by New Zealand banRABhihad, in 1999. The songs "Wait And See", "Just Like Everybody Else" and "Spacing" all were on previous releases, and were re-recorded for the album. "Wait And See" and "Spacing" were on the Blue Light Disco EP and "Just Like Everybody Else" was featured on their single for the track "Bitter", which was taken off of their album Killjoy. "My Mind's Sedate", "The General Electric" and "Pacifier" were all used as singles. "Sport And Religion" was released to radio, and had a video made, but was not officially a single. A bonus disc is available with later versions of The General Electric that included live tracks from the 2000 Big Day Out festival and four music videos.

    Enjoy.

    Props to Wiki.
