AYE Folk Metal Best ever. (period) Listen to "Time will come" by them its a great song.
AYE Folk Metal I like Ensiferum, Korpiklaani, and Elvenking. I also like Turisas, but I think that might go in Viking Metal.
AYE Folk Metal I have never liked Folk Metal, but Eluveitie are really good. Also, if we count in Viking Metal as Folk, then of course Amon Amarth goes here :P
AYE Folk Metal Suidakra (with the exception of Command, that album was terrible), Cruachan, Waylander, and Adorned Brood are some of my personal favorites. They're all a bit less metal than your average folk metal but I think that actually helps their sound a lot.
AYE Folk Metal Eluveitie aren't a bad listen
AYE Folk Metal Windir is absolutely great. My Favourite folk metal-ish banRAB are: Drudkh Windir Enslaved (below the lights and earlier) Myrkgrav Cor Scorpii All are absolutely brilliant, and with the exception of Drudkh, all are Norwegian, who usually do make a lot of the best folkish-black metal. Moonsorrow is also absolutely brilliant.
