A lil Insurance help..PLZ the only way they will give you a different phone is if they have none of your original phone available. it will be a similar phone with the same features. contrary to many customer's beliefs, the insurance program is not an upgrade plan, it is an OH **** plan to keep you from having to drop another $200 plus esn change and taxes on that phone.

A lil Insurance help..PLZ it will be the same phone. You dont get a different model car when you file a claim when you wreck you old one. "ya I'm tired of my Honda accord, could I get a hummer this time?" Nope, insurance gets you the same thing.

A lil Insurance help..PLZ go to a corp store, file a claim, pay $85 deductible, get new phone. takes about 20 min usually.
