Cramps in back Hi I was just wondering if anyone else seems to experience what feels like cramps in there back. I have permanant ones which sit in the mucsles in my bum an also just behind my arm pits on my back. Iv researched cramps and things say 'a cramp can last up to 20mins' mine are permanent and I swear they are a type of cramp. If anyone can shed any light on this for me that would b great!
