    Need a small, "fast" phone

Any suggestions for a phone to replace a V600 that has similar features AND BETTER reception. My V600 gets pretty good reception except at home. I'm wondering if I got a different brand could I get something better?

I used a USB cable. Do a google search on updating the firmware, or check the Motorola forum.

do you need the plug in the usb cable to update the firmware or does the razr have the option to receive firmware updates over the air from moto? (like the SE phones are able to do)

So I updated the firmware and it's like night and day! No more lag whatsoever and video features... maybe even increased signal strength!
