They are complete - and well worth the money. In fact, at times they are more than complete.at times, when the story goes t another title, the essentials will reprint that story as well. Question about "Essential Uncanny X-Men", Vol. 1-8? The essentials are black and white paperback trades. I like the "Uncanny X-Men" series and want to buy the essentials 1-8, plus the ones that come out in the future. But I want to make sure that all of them are there, as I heard that the publishers only include the more important stories. Can anybody please verify if the essentials include all of the original stories? Or is it only the more important ones?
