ppi claim how long does it take ? i got a letter in mid august from bank of scotalnd agreeing to repay my misold ppi . i heard nothing since, i am going abroad end oct (emigrating) and i spoke to them today , said they dont know when ill get my cheque ! they are being so unhelpful.. i asked them if its poss to put the amount toward my balance on my credit card with them cos i dnt have a perm address in uk and its dodgy sending me a cheque .. does anyone know how long this whole process is supposed to take ??my friend got all hers back within 4 weeks of getting the initial letter !
