Cannot activate iPhone with iOS 5.0.1 (non-jailbreak) It is not locked to a specific network. Before trying to update it, I was able to use it fine. I bought the phone at US and I'm using it in Brazil. Well, I'm not sure if it was jailbroken before. I THINKG it was not.
Cannot activate iPhone with iOS 5.0.1 (non-jailbreak) SounRAB to me like its locked to a network other then the one you are trying to use it with, where did you buy it from?
Cannot activate iPhone with iOS 5.0.1 (non-jailbreak) Hello, I've got an iPhone 3GS and it was working fine with my brazilian SIM Card untill the point I tried to I updated it to the 5.0.1 version. It has no jailbreak. After the OS atualization throught iTunes, the phone stopped recognizing mine and any other SIM card and I cannot active it anymore, using the wifi or the iTunes. I am stuck on the "connect your iphone to iTunes" secreen and even when I do so nothing happens. Does any one know how to solve this problem? Thanks.
