    I really need help dealing with tmobile please?

    Hello, for the past month My family and I have been trying to get out of tmobile for the past month or so for many reasons. Poor coverage, bad customer service, ect. But the most severe reason is that a month ago my grandma had a stroke and I found her and had to wait 10 minutes to call my dad who then called 911, because of the poor coverage at my house. My grandma just passed away about a week ago. We've talked to tmobile and told them this, but they still want to charge us $1000 to leave. EVEN FOR MY GRANDMAS NUMBER, WHO IS DEAD. This really aggrivates me, and we really don't want to pay $1000 to leave them it's too much, any advice?
