Was one of Comet's failings in business strategy "treat customers like muck"? As well as not moving online etc. Plus choosing a name that in previous centuries represented impending gloom and doom, for example when trying to get your absolute minimum legal rights out of customer service? hmm, never heard of Beales? A little too exclusive? Davy, I have never had a problem with them, but my brother has. Which exemplifies my point. The reason I have never had a problem is I chose to go elsewhere. It multiplies. Jack, always the majority are satisfied, my point is a business should not think a few percent dissatisfied is unimportant. But I don't know.
