How do go about receiving justice when the courts of law deny us citizens due process?

I have come to the realization that all officers of the law ie, judges, prosecutors and county clerks etc etc do not have regards for the U.S Constitution nor do they believe that their oath is for the service of the Repubic and I have also observed that most courts are operating under color of law and color of authority so once again I would like to know how do we the citizens of the republic form of government go about receiving justice when confronted with a situation under these conditions when it seems that the cards are stacked up against us??? And secondly what is the validity of a Democracy in contrast to The Republic form of government???
