Hi Fedrick, Great fitness tips and like to add to stay healthy by increasing fitness level exercise daily and practice yoga. Watch what you eat and follow healthy and nutritive diet meal plan. Prefer raw food over processed food and avoid eating fast and oily food. Quit smoking, alcohol and caffeine and have proper sleep daily.
An hour a day on an exercise bike does you wonders, every 3 minutes spped up for 30 seconds as fast as you can, repeat that for an hour. The weight loss is amazing..
