about 4 weeks ago in marching band at a football game the next day my lower back started hurting.?
It hurts around the lower back hip area . pretty much where my underwear waistband is. and I feel it when im walking but whenever I lean back or lay down its excruciating pain. does anybody know what the cause of this is and how I can fix it?
