there are two types of POA, one is durable, that means it covers all powers to make any and all decision that you are unable or incapable of making. the other is for a specific task and has either a term limit or a task limit. you can go online and copy a form but i advise you to seek legal advice before you give anyone any type of power over you and your possessions. if you read any of the horror stories about people who are suppose to love you and yet take unfair and greedy advantage, you will be really careful. if you want someone to help you pay your bills, you can simple add them to your bank account without giving them POA. again, i advise you to seek legal advice and to be very, very sure that you have complete trust in that person and even then, you can be fooled.
