Battlefield 2 BSOD after configuring BF2VoiceSetup.exe and than try to play game !?

I've been playing BF2 for years, every single day, and last night i wanted to try my headphones in game. After configuring voip settings in bf2 install folder i am no able to play game, when i start it its black screen for 4-5 seconds than BSOD.. Do not tell me to install new drivers because I already did that, tried to disable sound, tried both ac97 and hd sound settings in my bios, tried everything but I'm out of ideas. Deleted game manually, deleted all registry entries related to bf2 voip, bf2, ea games, dice... I used Microsoft debugging tool to see mini dump files, and there is no particular file in the log that could be causing problem. BSOD screen says "Drver irql not less or equal"
