    its a true commitment, you have to be very dedicated. but yes, it has a lot of benefits. also depends how old you are, students join the military for educational and future purposes

    it depends on what you want to get out of the military and why you want to join...
    if you're running away from a small town, that's not the greatets reason...if you want to gain a skill, experience, travel, good pay and benefits and serve your country, well that's a good reason.

    if you choose the right job, those skills can benefit you for the rest of your life and get you a great job...i dunno about canada, but the us gicves you education benefits while in and when you get out, which aren't great, but are wau baetter than nothing.
