    Think of it this way instead: Some exercise better than none at all. A lot of people take on too big of a challenge, give it 110% for a few days to weeks, burn out and quit.

    Its far more productive to give even as much as 60-80% of what you think you can do, but to keep it up for a long time instead. Just like the turtle and the hare -- slow and steady!

    if you ride fast yea... on a high difficulty 14 miles per hour... on the one in the gym i used it was like lvl 12 ish...

    yes! it is i do that every day for a half hour, about 200 cals burned, and ive lost weight. i also do other stuff like walk and stuff but theres a lot of things you do throughout the day that burns calories without even realizing it.

    Is riding an exercise bike?

    For about 30 mins a day a good form of exercise?

    I know i should do more but im just getting into the exercise regime at the moment.

    So in the mean time will that be a good idea?
