vm plan? There are 3 plans you can pick from. Each are per month rates. $65, 500 anytime minutes $85, 1000 anytime minutes $99, Unlimited anytime minutes Everything else on all plans are unlimited, including texting. Side note.... if the Ocean is anything like the Ocean 2 unless your willing to deal with a phone that freezes all the time and doesn't give you all your text messages you should save your money and get something else.
