First, do you have a Canon 40D or a Nikon D40? "Hands-On Digital Photography" by George Schaub "How Digital Photography Works, Second Edition" by Ron White "Understanding Exposure: How To Take Great Photos With A Film or Digital Camera" by Bryan Peterson The Magic Lantern Instructional DVD for the Canon 40D (Nikon makes the D40 and the Magic Lantern has a DVD for it also).
Looking for good books on digital photography - ? Hade a canon d40 and am learning but want to capture someone elses knowledge - What are good positions for capuring good soccer shots - how to avoid the glare from hockey ice, is there a trick to getting animals to turn around ? Only kiddding on the last one - but why does every animal face away from me... Specific books if you have suggestions.. ok - typed too fast Canon 40D
