Self defence techniques? I am a 14 year old girl and i just need some good techniques that arent too intense but just so i can defend myself when my bf tries to wrestle with me and i dont want him to. He will usually come up from behind me and grab me around my stomach playfully but i just need to know some good ways to sorta make stop as hes doing it
