I found a US Cellular phone and want to sell it.? Ok so I found a US Cellular phone while going home, I saw it and it did not turn on so I bought the charger to see if it belonged to someone I might have known but the phone did not have any information inside of it. Now my friend told me that I should sell it on ebay and get some money but I told him that someone might try to connect it and they might not be able to because someone might have reported it as stolen/lost. I don't have US Cellular so I do don't know how their company works, should I still sell the phone and in descriptions write that I found it?
