Sidekick Slide constantly shutting off, HELP PLEASE!!? I have just recently purchased a red Sidekick Slide and already I am experiencing problems with it constantly shutting off, deleting my contacts, text messages, pictures, themes, ring tones, and notes in the process. I am hearing several different people diagnose the issue as well as offer solutions such as the paper trick under the battery. I can't purchase a new phone because I just got this one and parents will be incredibly angry. & i don't want to call customer service because they don't have my best interest in mind and are often incredibly rude with only intentions of making me either purchase a data plan (of which I do not have and do not intend on gaining) or a new phone altogether. Should I purchase a new battery? Is that a possible issue? Please help. This is drastic. oh and no need to answer if all you're going to say is that the sidekick slide sucks monkey nips and that I am a true dunce for buying it, because obviously i know that now
