I recently changed to an unlimited package and my troubles started then. In correspondence Love Film totally deny they have a separate postage system for heavy users: does anyone know differently?

LoveFilm are getting on my t*ts The fastrack thing is a scam, it just bumps the film and you HAVE to return one ready for it straight away. Only old films are ever FT and then the option comes and goes. It's no quicker than dumping older films at the top of your list.

I'm also looking for a refund or an extension to my subscription as the two bad discs I reported on Sunday have not been replaced. That's two working days that have now passed. Sadly Screenselect are now a company that seem to 'steal' money. I would have never had problems like this with SS, only those Lovefilm assholes!

LoveFilm are getting on my t*ts If they are not lying, and don't have any backlogs, then that means they are purposely delaying sending titles. This is even worse. I've decided I'm cancelling at the end of this month, and telling them where to shove their 3 for 1 offer, it isn't worth the hassle, when I can get better service from Blockbuster.
