No you can't use t-mobile sim in the phone until you unlock it from orange network provider ...You can easily unlock the phone through online providers like Unlock-Zone.com they are rendering network unlock code for all mobile models at reliable cost ...After unlocking your phone you can freely use it with any GSM sim ...
