how can i update my prl um175 alltel/verizon ? i was an alltel customer and now am granfathered into verizon with 60 dollars per month for unlimited and i enjoy my unlimited. i have been on and off the phone with verizon with no help i had an EC168 and it was slow and they said it needed a flash update but there wasnt one. finally i just got the UM175 becuase i thought it would be the newest one supported and it says on their system it needs a flash prl update and it disconnects frequently and runs slow http://www.speedtest.net/result/1406511317.png is there anything that i can do to fix this can i update the prl myself and/or what are my other options besides getting a verizon plan? i am running out of options here i hope someone can shed some light and if i can update my prl what number do i use. oh by the way i get full bars of revA here and these speeds are this slow please help!!!
