It especially doesn't help when the President tells the 500+ people that they have to do it HIS WAY, or he will veto it, thus either not passing it or requiring a 2/3rRAB majority in BOTH houses.

Yes, he IS part of the problem.

While I disagree with you on Obama...it's nice to finally see someone acknowledge that it isn't all about the President.

I see so many threaRAB hating on the Pres, whether he be Repub or Dem...it's not their fault that little can get done. It's the 500+ people in Congress who have given up all pretense of caring for anyone but themselves.

Getting anything passed these days (aside from pay raises) is like running through waist deep mud uphill

i doubt he'll bounce back over 50%. but he'll get reelected. this country has been reduced to picking the lesser retard for the past 3 elections

and the point of this thread? are you serious?

Obama hits low of 40% in Gallup tracking poll

So what is the point of showing low approval ratings if he's going to bounce back?

I don't see a point in your thread

but... he's a shitty president. i dont give a fuck about the past. it's obvious this asshole will get reelected since people like you still suck his dick

he could have an approval rating of 10% and give a sheep speech 1 month before election and his 1st term voters will come roaring out to support him again

Obama hits low of 40% in Gallup tracking poll

    But what?

He's a very conservative politician that used the Republican Healthcare plan Mitt Romney gave him, then pushed the Republican cap-and-trade proposal from the 1990s, and gave a stimulus way too small for the crash and loaded it with republican tax cuts and aid to red state

Not to mention we're still in Afghanistan (but he never promised to leave there, I knew he was a pretty conservative guy on foreign policy when I voted for him)

So, he's pissed off a lot of moderate and left of center voters who wanted change instead of republican and conservative policies
