does the military test the specific ammount hydrocodone in your system when you have a script?

Had to re-word my q, but essentially what im looking for is if they detect the AMMOUNT of hydrocodone present/taken? Do they find out how much mg you specifically have taken? I have really bad teeth pain, got a script, but took two instead of the 1 in the 4 hour period they recommend, gotta take a drug test soon. So.. thoughts?
