What do i do as a restaurant owner? If i own a restaurant and i hire a general manager, what do i do as an owner? Do i need to be at the restaurant or do i let the general manager run the restaurant. What about if i franchise my restaurant, what happens then? If i hire the proper people, do i need to work at all? Or do i just stay home and get the money?
