HI until you unlock your Motorola Razor mobile from AT&T network you can't use it with t-mobile sim ..You can easily unlock your phone using sites like Prounlocking.com here they render unlock code for all mobile models at reliable cost ..After unlocking your mobile you can freely use it with t-mobile sim ...

It's just an old razor, no 3g stuff, just phone and text.
