Are there any lawyers or law experts in this category? I have a serious question about sexual penetration. Sexual penetration is defined as: "intercourse, cunnilingus, fellatio, anal intercourse, or any other intrusion, however slight, of any part of a person's body or of any object into the genital or anal openings of the victim's, defendant's, or any other person's body." With regards to the "genital opening" part of that definition, would you consider a finger inserted into the labia BUT NOT the vaginal opening "sexual penetration"? Serious answers only please.
