Game can looknext-gen only if ur TV CAN Process the required actions/sec normal TV cannot cope up with the high resolution of 360 games so i reccomend u get an 32-inch LCD monitor from DELL which is way much cheaper than any HDTV...plus u can get a much better NEXT-GEN experience

I use to have a old TV & I played my Xbox 360 with it & the graphics looks good. Now, I bought HDTV & the graphics looks awesome.

To answer to your question, yes the graphics looks good on SDTV & I think the SDTV could support 480P. Yes Xbox 360 it has better graphics then the PS2 & original Xbox because, the Xbox 360 it is a Hi-Def game console & could support 5.1 Channel & True HD sound.

Do xbox360 graphics on a normal SDTV look better than original xbox/PS2 graphics?

I dont have a HDTV, i want to buy an xbox360, so will games still look next-gen on my normal SDTV? or will they look like last gen graphics? or even look worse than last gen graphics?
