Try to think about what you never heard, and what you always wanted to say or write

I think it's one of those things that either you have, or you don't. It can't really be learned.

I just sit down and write. I prefer writing late at night (around 2:00 a.m.)
Listening to music before writing helps sometimes.

I write little ideas and words. I come from the heart when it's a really powerfully emotion poem, or I just do alot of word play and punchlines when fooling around.

poetry is like speaking but with feeling
    it comes from feelings
write how you feel today, it don't have to rhythm to become a poem

What's you favorite season, smell, taste etc. It comes from what you like, not to impress anyone else.
