The numbers in the chart are in millimeters (almost all cycling computers use mm). 7 feet is equal to 2133.6 mm. So use 2133 or 2134 in your computer. It will be very accurate!
The circumference is in mm, 7 ft = 2134 mm which is the exact reading I use on my road bike. My tire is 700 X 25 mm but the side wall flex makes the tire smaller then what it measures. I have a mile marker in my front yard and 2134 gets me with in 20 feet of the next marker. http://www.sheldonbrown.com/cyclecomputer-calibration.html
Typically if it says "700 x ...." it is a 700 CC wheel and you should enter the last option of your list there. A 700 cc wheel is pretty standard these days for road bikes and most newer commuter/hybrid bikes.
