Try clearing the menus and settings in your windows menu. That is by right clicking the hand on the upper left of the screen and selecting clear all.
try to make a new picture when u can use all tools it are the pictures made with a program that not is going to do with photoshop :P
hmmm.. did it hang on you? try to click away and pick a # tool to see how it responds. or you might want to restart photoshop. 10 + years in photoshop and never have such a problem like that.
What is wrong with my Adobe Photoshop? I want to edit some pictures but everytime I open them with Photoshop the only tool I can use is the hand tool. For example, I go to use the lasso tool but it still has the hand when I click on the picture. I'm not sure what else to do, I've tried everything. Please help. thanks!
