...did it when I go onto u-tube? for example the videos do not play and I get this message stating that my java script is turned off or I need the latest flash player...Is it safe to upload the flash player from the internet???How can I check to see where my adobe flash player and java scripts are on my computer??

ya its safe. are you using Mozilla firefox or Windows Explorer??
well if you are using mozilla firefox. go to tools>options>Content
then make sure the button "enable java" and "enable java script" and both clicked. then try it.
