It sounds like a scam. If you have never sent anything via UPS then its a scam. The zip file probably contains a virus so just delete it. Report it as spam to yahoo!

e mail queries is it a spam? Have had an e mail from UPS saying the parcel I sent cant be delivered to the recipient as the address is incorrect and would I please open the attached zip file. I know Im a pensioner but i cant remember sending anything and the e mail address ends in cz.What country is this ? I know I am awaiting a parcel from Royal Mail is there any significance ?very strange.
